How learning works

• On-demand recorded content within the applicable access period;
• Interactive material, knowledge checks or further reading where provided;
• Platform records for applicable progress and course status;
• The platform may record certificate issue under the settings for an individual course; the course conditions and verifiable records govern what the certificate represents.

Getting started

1. Review the course or learning-plan content and conditions.
2. Create a free account or sign in.
3. Complete enrolment, registration or checkout as shown.
4. Complete the content and assessments specified on the course page.
5. If the platform records a certificate issue, obtain and verify the certificate on the platform.

Fees, promotions and learning passes

Some resources may be available without charge, while courses, learning plans or certificate services may carry a fee. Prices, promotion-code conditions, validity periods and the final amount payable are governed by the selection and checkout pages.

A valid promotion code may reduce part or all of the amount payable. Completion of checkout does not necessarily mean that a cash payment was made. Any Annual Learning Pass is governed by the terms shown at the time of purchase, including validity, included courses, whether new courses are added and other conditions.

Courses and certificates

Courses and certificates are for general education and professional learning. Unless a course page makes a clear and verifiable statement, they should not be treated as SFC- or regulator-recognised CPT/CPD courses or hours, a statutory or regulated professional qualification, or evidence that a licensing, renewal or employer training requirement has been satisfied.

Some content may use AI-assisted presentation or production. The applicable course version, materials and correction notices take precedence.
